In-house Aqualix training course at IML

On 24th April, IML held an upgrading course on the treatment of discrete areas of fat accumulation, on the face and body, using the Aqualix medical device.

Dr. Hector Pinto shared his clinical experience and the best tips and tricks for treatment of moderate fat accumulations with the Instituto Medico Laser physicians and clinical staff. The course consisted of a theoretical part and a practical one, in which different levels of lipodystrophy were dealt with using specific treatment protocols for each.

Two dermatologists, a maxillofacial surgeon and five aesthetic practitioners participated in the session, along with nurses and clinical assistants.
