Dr. Javier Moreno Moraga, IML Director, participated in a study of the physical properties of polidocanol in the treatment of varicose veins.
A series of clinical trials have shown that polidocanol injections together with pulsed Neodymium:YAG laser improve the efficacy of varicose vein treatment.
The trial "Physical properties of Laser Irradiated Sclerosing Foams", aims at a better understanding of the physical processes involved in the evolution of foaming polidocanol.
