IML publishes an article in "Cirugía Plástica Ibero-Latinoamericana"

IML publishes the 2nd part of its study in the journal Cirugía Plástica Ibero-Latinoamericana (Spanish-Latin American Plastic Surgery)

Dermatologists of the Dermatology Unit at IML has published, in collaboration with Doctors Alcolea and Trelles, the second part of the study "Perspectives in the use of injectable filler materials for soft tissue, from our experience. 2^nd Part". 

The article highlights that skill in the injection technique and thorough knowledge of the product are factors that aid in preventing the majority of adverse effects. The growing demand for treatments with dermal fillers should not entail an increase of related adverse effects, provided the indications of use are carefully followed for each case.
