IML held a Silhouette threads upgrading course at their facilities for their medical staff and assistants.
The Silhouette thread technique uses polypropylene sutures in suspension that elevate or tense the flaccid or loose tissue.
The special structure of the non-reabsorbable threads together with absorbable cones composed of polydioxanone allow for treatment of flaccid areas with neocollagenesis approach that the polydioxanone produces and the tissue repositioning that the polypropylene suture achieves.
