The publication "Laser-assisted lipolysis for neck and submental remodelling in Rohrich type IV patients: Fact or fiction? reports the results obtained in treatment of the cervical and submental areas in cases of maximum flaccidity and sagging (Rohrich type IV), using laser-assisted liposuction.
The study, published in Journal of Cosmetic and Laser Therapy, shows that as in results for Rohrich Grade I to II, results in Grade III are also highly satisfactory. A complementary surgical technique must be added to the laser-assisted liposuction for Grade IV to reach complete remodelling.
